What’s included?
Celebrant – Roxy Celebrant will guide you through a heartfelt and personal ceremony.
Grazing Board – A beautifully crafted grazing board for up to 30 guests, catering to all dietary needs.
Celebratory Drink – Each guest will receive a complimentary post-ceremony drink (tap beer, bubbles, or non-alcoholic).
Full Venue Support – We’ve got everything covered, including staffing, admin, setup, and pack-down.
Seating & Ceremony Setup – Comfortable guest seating in our stylish cocktail yard, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

The Black Brisbane
Your shotgun wedding will take place at The Black Brisbane in our main function space. The space will include enough seating for all guests, hessian aisle runner, decorative florals and signing table.

Roxy Celebrant
Roxy Celebrant will be doing the marrying, making sure it’s all legal, whilst delivering a ceremony which will have a good dose of warm and fuzzies, alongside a healthy dollop of humour.

Yes, the Love in a Flash package includes a celebrant! Roxy Celebrant will chat with you beforehand and will be there on the day to conduct the ceremony and fill in the paperwork to make it legal!

Yes absolutely, The Black Brisbane is a child friendly venue so of course you can invite your little ones!

You will have exclusive use of our ceremony space for the duration of your ceremony, making sure it's a private event! Following your ceremony, your guests will be able to enjoy some drinks in our reserved courtyard area whereby an area.
Collingwood Black is open to the public until 3pm daily.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the day we will not be able to accomodate ceremonies for over 30 guests. If you're looking for a bigger celebration, get in touch with our events team and we can discuss our other wedding packages!
